The uniqueness of «Suhozhil» consists that it allows to enlarge repeatedly efficiency of isometrical loads, involving in performance of each separate exercise practically all groups of muscles and their tendons that doesn't occur during the occupations isometrical exercises to traditional ways.

Writing of scientific articles where the efficiency of the Suhozhil exercise machine was confirmed by candidates and doctors of science became one of achievements of long-term work.

1) Improvement of system of physical training of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the conditions of the present and carrying out it according to standards of armies of NATO member states.

2) Justification of prospects of creation and the directions of development and use in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Modern and effective ways and methods of physical training.

3) Isometric exercises as a way of rising of power opportunities and prophylaxis of traumatism at athletes - weight lifters.

Thus, the analysis of changes of indicators of heavy opportunities of athletes confirms efficiency of an achievement of isometric exercises on the Suhozhil exercise machine for strengthening muscles and sinews at weight lifters.

Conclusions:
1. It is established that performance of exercises on the Suhozhil exercise machine was resulted by improvement of heavy opportunities of weight lifters in squat with a bar on 3,92 kg, in deadlift draft – on 4,13 kg, in a press lying – on 4,57 kg, in pulling up – on 1,13 times, in exercise on bars – on 2,3 times (Р&gt; 0,05), in hanging on a crossbeam – for 20,18 seconds, in indicators of dynamometry of the right arm – on 6,87 kgfs, the left arm – on 5,74 kgfs (Р &lt;0,001).
2. It is found out that the developed exercise machine that author's technique of trainings are an effectivly additional way of increase in power opportunities of athletes in kettlebell sport.

Also excellent results were shown by boxers of all weight categories
