In brief about: My name is Artur, full 33 years (in a month there will be already 34). How many myself I remember, I play basketball. Unfortunately, I didn't happen to become the professional (frankly speaking, I also had no such purposes), but at the amatorsky level, I consider, I have reached considerable heights. I treat those happy people who in the childhood didn't know that it mobile or the tablet/laptop J Experimentally, as well as many children of those times, I have understood that the basketball is mine (what only I didn't try to be engaged: fight, soccer, karate, tennis, even chess were J). Now in fact: already at early age I have got acquainted with such concept as injuries. Everything has begun with banal bruises and the "beaten-out" fingers of hands. Further have gone already the specialist of a trauma, inherent in this sport: various anguishes and sprains, especially ankle joints on both legs. At early age you are restored of course quicker. Over the years and in process of accumulation of a certain baggage of these injuries it becomes more difficult to be restored, both on physical and at the psychological level. In an interval of 25 - 30 years, I observed such picture: very many children approximately of my age or stopped playing at all, or sharply limited time found for this sport. But I was stopped by nothing, I very much love basketball.
Well and at last that, we have reached the main thing: I am 33 years old. At me one of the most dangerous stages – a transition stage from the hall on the street, on a hard coating, generally such as asphalt has begun (and it is absolutely other loads absolutely of all joints, sheaves etc.). Standardly, each such transition began for me with some trauma. Some years of a trauma were very serious (changes, anguishes), some years – not really. This year, according to the recommendation of the companion, I have decided to try to strengthen the sinews.
At the first training I have got acquainted directly with the inventor and the developer of it, it is safely possible to tell, a unique method of trainings. Showed me many photo and video of materials from which a conclusion was obvious, unambiguous and uniform: IT WORKS. But, for quite some time now, I have got used to trust only practice, through own experience. And my trainings have begun. Recently I have finished the 4th month of visits. All summer I have carried out on platforms, at various competitions. After start of occupations I haven't got any trauma (very much I hope that, from now on, I will face this concept very seldom). From own feelings: on the second month of occupations I have felt that process of restoration after another training / competition takes place much quicker. There was some incredible balance of a body, now it is much easier to make certain elements and the specific movements in a game because all body as the uniform mechanism began to work. In principle, on the platform I feel much more surely since then, I completely trust the body. Now it works far better, than 5-10 years ago. And all this while I have begun to be engaged only in 33 years and with incredible baggage from various injuries. I have achieved all these already notable and visible results only on the 4th month of occupations, and, to admit frankly, all this while there were periods when skipped classes the whole weeks (there were on that powerful reasons). That I wanted to advise from myself personally: it is necessary to begin with small age not to come to it with such "bouquet", as at me. As well as any occupation, it not the exception also demands systematic approach. The benefit that training process is so easy and pleasant that it will suit even to the laziest, the training takes 15 minutes a day and quite enough 3 days a week to receive result.
I very much hope that this system will and develop and take root further in practice into various sports structures in our country, at all levels from amatorsky to professional.
