Among those involved were professional sportsmen, military men with the consequences of military wounds, and people, who just wanted to increase their strengths, to surprise everyone with their ability to tie nails in a bow.))

Of course, I always paid special attention to those who came for the restoration of health (especially of the musculoskeletal system), undermined by various diseases and traumas. Today there comes a time when I can confidently state that the range of tasks with which “Suhozhil” can cope has long outgrown the modest size of my gym.
